Residential Homebuilder Empire Communities’ Ontario team required a set of digital Facebook and Instagram ads for their new phase in their development, Empire Legacy, in Thorold, Ontario. Photo selection and layout needed to be given top consideration to relate to the key messaging of the ads. The goal was to tell a story through the ads that excites and inspires prospective homeowners to consider an Empire home for their future.

Outcome
The key messaging is laid out consistently through a clear textual hierarchy with an emphasis on compelling photography and clean alignments throughout. Pops of the on-brand Empire Orange liven up the ad collection and guide the eye systematically through the ads.
